  1. The product provides a three-year free warranty service.

  

  2. The following situations are not within the scope of free warranty:

  

  1) The product has exceeded the free warranty period;

  

  2) Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by the microcontroller;

  

  3) Damage caused by abnormal physical pressure, electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, electrostatic interference, surge impact, poor grounding, and other factors;

  

  4) Scratches, distortions, corrosion, rusting, oxidation, breakage, burning, etc. of circuit boards or components caused by improper human operation during transportation, storage, use, etc;

  

  5) Damage caused by force majeure events such as floods, fires, lightning strikes, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.

  

  3. For situations outside the scope of free warranty, Micro Control can provide paid repair services. If it cannot be repaired after testing, the microcontroller will provide a judgment basis and return the product to the customer.

  

  4. Maintenance cycle

  

  1) Free warranty: After receiving the repaired product, the microcontroller will complete the repair within 7 working days and return it to the customer.

  

  2) Paid maintenance: After receiving the customer's product, the microcontroller will inspect and diagnose the fault within 7 working days and provide the customer with a detailed cost breakdown; After customer confirmation, the repair will be completed within 10 working days and returned to the customer.

  

  5. Repair and delivery

  

  1) Both parties shall ensure that the packaging is intact. If the motherboard is damaged due to improper packaging or transportation, the shipper shall bear the corresponding responsibility;

  

  2) Please ensure to include a paper fault list with the customer's shipment and notify Xinbu promptly after shipment to avoid affecting the repair cycle;

  

  3) If there are any issues such as damaged goods or discrepancies in quantity upon arrival, the recipient should notify the shipper on the day of arrival.

  

  6. Repair shipping fee

  

  The round-trip shipping costs incurred due to free warranty shall be borne by the shipper; Outside the scope of free warranty, any shipping costs incurred due to repairs will be borne by the customer.
